10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary, confidential, or sensitive information exchanged during the project confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.

11. Refund Policy

A 3-day refund policy is offered under specific conditions:

• Eligibility: Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of purchase if the service has not been accessed, used, or activated.
• Unused Services: Refunds apply only to unused services. If any part of the service has been utilized, refunds are not applicable.
